I like Halloween. I'm not a fanatic like many of the people around me (I'm really more of a Christmas girl--carols have been streaming in my house for over a month now), but I think the holiday is a great excuse for people to express their creativity. I've been seeing Dia de los Muertos face paint and costumes all over Pinterest this year (hopefully this marks a turn away from Sexy Fill-in-the-Blank costumes), and since the holiday is right after Halloween, I thought I'd do a cute nail tutorial for nails that will last through both occasions.
